Love your neighbor as yourself

I mentioned before that Natalie "won" a basket of baking stuff at our Entermissions festival. We decided it would be fun to bake cupcakes and share them with our neighbors... mainly, the kids in the neighborhood that come down to our house to play alot. I had never met some of their parents so it was a good way to meet them... show up at their door with a treat:) Natalie was so sweet as she rang the doorbells of each home and said, "These are for you. I wanted to share!" We have an elderly couple that lives right across the street that we also shared with and a new couple who just moved in diagonal from us. We wanted to introduce ourselves and welcome them to our little street gang:) The lady was a little surprised and said "Thank you so much. No one has ever done anything like this for me before." I enjoyed sharing this time with Natalie and using it as a time to teach her how to love her neighbor as herself.
