There was a slight issue with her cap before the ceremony started (which had Natalie in tears) but with Mrs. Amy's help, she got down the aisle!
The graduates all marched in and sat on the front row so that the younger preschool students could issue 2 challenges to them and sing for them:) Challenge #1 - Walk in the Light. HE is the light! Challenge #2 - Fix your eyes on Jesus!
| Singing... "I will serve the Lord in all I do!" |
As each graduate stood, the teacher read a "bio" about them... Did you know that Natalie's favorite color is red? She wants to be a painter when she grows up. Her favorite room in the house is "the one with the polka-dots!" And, she thinks her parents are great because "they do fun exercises!"
Natalie received a special award for being the "Most Helpful." Had they wanted to give one for the "Most Talkative" I feel sure it would have been hers:)
What graduation is complete without a "kick line?" All the while, singing "I am a promise. I am a possibility..."
Natalie couldn't have had sweeter teachers! Thanks Mrs. Amy, Mrs. Kim, and Mrs. Nancy for loving our girl so much!
The "real diplomas" were framed and waiting in the kids classroom downstairs. Natalie has already picked out a special spot in her room to keep hers.
Congratulations sweet girl! You really are "a great big bundle of potentiality!" We love you!

Love this post so much....makes me want to cry! She's growing up too fast :(
