Mudcats

It was a treat, but we were sad that Chuck couldn't go to the Mudcats game with us. He's been having trouble with his back for 3 days now and hardly able to walk. A friend of his got us free tickets so we hated to let them go to waste! So, I loaded up the kids after church and we headed over to Zebulon for the game. Our seats were right by the home dugout and in the shade!! The kids could see right into the dugout and one player gave Noah a signed baseball. He was so excited! Natalie made a friend as she does everywhere she goes! And Evan watched the game intently... because he LOVES baseball! Maybe we'll see him on a major league field one day:) We enjoyed peanuts and frozen lemonade and the kids got to run the bases after the game. The Mudcats won 14-5. We are excited about our next trip over to see the Mudcats with our small group in June!
