Mother's Day

Somehow I let the day slip away without getting a picture of me and the kids... maybe it's because they get sick of seeing me with the camera:) Maybe because we were too busy... wrestling in the floor, playing charades, and chasing them around the yard! For whatever reason, there are no people pictures! I did want to share pictures of some of the things they made. These are the things I'll keep forever and will pull out one day and smile. Natalie continued to give me hugs all day and say "Happy Mother's Day!" She even prayed that we wouldn't have thunderstorms on Mother's Day earlier in the week. She knows rain just isn't one of my favorite things! Noah woke me up singing... he took an earth day song and rewrote the words for Mother's Day:) Evan helped to clean house because he knows that's important to me! We enjoyed worship with our North Wake family and had lunch at Fiesta Mexicana. Our small group came over Sunday evening for a cook-out. Our hubbies did (most of) the cooking and it was so good.

 

Sweet little Jude made his first small group appearance! What a sweet time of sharing with friends and other Moms that are like family to me... I even ended the night with some Mom and sister time on skype!
