Snowflake Snacks








Baked Snowflakes:

Heat the oven 400 degrees. Warm tortillas (about 15 seconds) in the microwave. Fold each tortilla in half once and then in half again, to form a pie wedge. Use clean scissors to snip shapes from the edges of each wedge as if you were making paper snowflakes, then unfold them. Lightly brush the tops of the tortillas with canola or vegetable oil and place them on a cookie sheet. Bake until lightly browned (about 5 minutes). Sift confectioners sugar on the snowflakes while they are still warm. For an extra sparkly effect, sprinkle on edible glitter!!!
