Noah's class has been working on a poetry unit at school. They've been examining the rhythm and structure of poetry as well as many poetic devices including imagery, similes, and metaphors. The poems shared today were from their own creative minds and they all did such a great job! Noah shared a poem about pizza but he's also got some other poems that he's worked on at school and at home. He was a little nervous about getting up in front of the whole class and parents but he took his turn and proudly read his poem. Some of the other students also shared some of their favorite published poems by famous authors. Then, there were snacks and drinks to share!
