I'm not usually emotional about birthdays, but for some reason I was this time! Maybe it was because for the first time ever, I didn't spend it in GA. Maybe it was because it was raining all day yesterday. Maybe I just realized how blessed I am. Blessed to be a part of a wonderful family. Blessed to have such sweet friends to share life with. Blessed to be a part of an amazing church. Blessed to have 3 beautiful kids and the best husband ever! Blessed beyond measure by the grace of my Savior! So, everything made me cry yesterday. For good reasons:) I got so many facebook messages, texts from dear friends far away, sweet cards in the mail, and a Happy Birthday Song sung especially by my Mom on the phone! I couldn't ask for more!

And because it was my birthday, the CFF called off all football practices yesterday too. Yeah, right! Really, it was because of all the rain but none the less, it happened and I was thankful. Chuck had planned to cook dinner for me but had to work later than expected so we partied at Chili's instead. Noah sang me the birthday song (twice) with a "Cha cha cha" on the end! I got lots of hugs and kisses and most importantly, spent the whole evening with my family!
