Turning 6

Our Natalie Jewell just celebrated her 6th birthday! Kindergarten is almost over... their year-round schedule will finish up on June 29th. She's very independent and loves people. She dislikes cleaning her room:) Sometimes I have to set a timer and make it into a "game" in order to get her busy! She loves jewelry and having her nails painted, books, drawing, and word searches. She prefers to wear dresses and flip flops if at all possible! Still a thumb sucker, unfortunately. She's our snuggle bug and would sleep in our bed every night if we'd let her. We were excited to celebrate her special day. Here's how it went down...

Before school she opened gifts from family that had come in the mail and then we went out for a quick breakfast... she chose pancakes at McDonalds!

We celebrated with her friends on Saturday... Back in February, our church had a missions festival with live and silent auctions. We bid on and won a birthday party package at Young's Gymnastics... so obviously we saved it for Natalie's birthday in June. The kids had a BLAST! Bouncing, sliding, tumbling, swinging, dancing, laughing, and yummy treats!
