2011 National Champs
The North Raleigh Bulldogs defeated the Palmetto Bay Broncos in a battle for the national championship on December 9 and became the first team from Raleigh to ever win a national title! It was an exciting game that will forever be remembered! The players got to run out through a tunnel as our fans cheered them onto the field. The team captains were greeted midfield by none other than Mickey Mouse and the players saluted our flag as the national anthem was sang. 75 degrees and sunny in Florida... a beautiful day to take home the big win!
Congratulations to our Bulldogs on an undefeated season! I have to say if there ever was a perfect year to be a Team MOM, this was it!!
