Our boys

I decided I would occasionally post some older pictures of the kids since I wasn't a blogger when the boys were little. So, just bear with me as I stroll down memory lane...

Fun Facts about these boys:
Evan - loves playing ball. Particularly, football and baseball. Most recently, we've found that he's pretty good with a basketball, too! He started playing baseball/tee-ball when he was 4 or 5. His team was "The Fireants" because that's what they looked like running all over the field. He's extremely smart, too! As part of the Duke University TIP program, he took the SAT in January. As a 7th grader, he scored 1340... to break that down further, he scored 20% higher on the Reading section than high school seniors did last year, 41% higher on Math, and 32% higher on Writing! He loves video games, music, movies, and spicy foods. For some reason, he has recently declared that he wants our family to move to Australia!!

Noah - loves to wear football jerseys:) Seriously, he wears them everyday! We don't know if it's just because he likes football now or if it's just a comfort thing. He's very particular about his clothes in general. He says he wants to play football this fall but we'll see. He use to have no interest in sports at all. He sleeps on the top bunk and I sometimes refer to his "space" as a nest:) Typically, you'll find all sorts of things stashed on and around his bed. He loves music and has rhythm like no one in our house! He remembers everything! He's a smart one too! He loves to be outside and loves reading and drawing. Frequently, he writes stories and journals about daily events. He favors familiar foods over new things and keeps us all on our toes! Oh, and I can't forget his love for Star Wars and Pokemon cards.

These fellas bring lots of variety to our home. I just can't imagine life without them!
