Hark the Herald Angels... Don't Sing?

So today was the big day... our preschool was performing their Christmas program they've worked so hard on for 2 months. Natalie's class were dressed as angels and she was Angel #2. We wanted to curl her hair which is nearly an impossible task. We tried...

She was a little unhappy when she saw that I was taking pictures of her hair "looking funny."
I should have realized this was a bad way to start the day...

But we got a few curls and some smiles before we left home

And here she comes into the worship center about to take the stage...

Yep, she's looking a little unsure about this...

Do you see her? She's the one in the back row with her head down and hands covering her face! Yes, Angel #2 had stage fright... never looked up or sang!

Now exiting the stage to come sit with Mom

She knew all those words and motions to the songs and really wanted to do it, but she is too much like her Mom... doesn't like to be in front of people. I should understand. I'm the one who cried as a child every time they sang Happy Birthday to me. She gets it honest!
We are still proud of our Angel and all the boys and girls who were great shepherds, angels, farm animals, and sheep. They were adorable and Mrs. Lisa did such a great job making it all happen!
