The Backyardigans

Last night, we put up Noah's tent in the backyard so the kids could camp out. By their choice, we had hotdogs, chips, root beer, and made smores. We also were able to listen to the Patriots game online while the kids played and ate! It took a while for them to settle down, but 2 of them were asleep by 10:30 and Noah finally went to sleep after 11:00. I really thought they wouldn't all make it through the night in the tent, especially Natalie. Typically, she wakes up during the night and wonders into our bed:) I woke up around 5:30 and was surprised to find them all still in the tent, snoozing away! A little before 7am, Natalie opens the back door and yells, "Mom, the boys can't get out!" The zipper was stuck on the tent! She then tells me, "There was a little bitty hole and they pushed me out. They were counting on me to save them!" How cute is that? She felt like a hero:)
