Scammer!!!
I checked my email early this morning, probably around 6:45. Everything seemed normal. About an hour later I got a text from a friend that said she got a crazy email from me that said I was in London, my money had been stolen, and I was trying to get back home but needed people to send money... Say what!? 10 minutes later, the director of housing from the seminary called my phone. He told me the same thing. Within minutes, messages on facebook appeared. All of these people had gotten this email. At first I laughed and then became annoyed that this was going to require a lot of work for me to get fixed. At this point, I've been locked out of my email account. I am trying to gain access to a new password and prove I am who I say I am in order to do so. Geez! The scary part is that we found out late today that someone responded to the "scammer" and was about to actually send money... second thoughts stopped them and they called Chuck (only to find out the truth.) So, please don't send money to the fake Shaana Hollingsworth stranded in London:)
