Perhaps I should just write a book... it seems that we always have something going on and a story of some sort to tell! In the last 24 hours I:
*got Evan to football practice for what seems like the millionth time
*slammed on brakes and swerved to keep from hitting a car that pulled into my lane
*doctored Natalie's boo-boo's
*chatted with our neighbors
*cut my thumb with a knife
*finished reading Karen Kingsbury's "Redemption" Series... and cried
*fed and burped a baby
*started my next Psychology class
*danced with Mickey and Friends
*bought groceries and tried to stretch our money
*skyped with family in Yuma, AZ
*ran 1.5 miles
*washed 5 loads of laundry and 3 loads of dishes
*cleaned bathrooms
*nearly dropped a hairbrush in ketchup
*cleaned Noah's face after vomitting
*played a hilarious game of Simon Says with the kids
*blogged
*sent an email to our "update crew" back home
*planned a menu
*remembered my Daddy
*had a migraine...actually, several
*planned a coffee date with a friend
*laughed with my husband
*cranked up itunes
*rode with the windows down
*denied Noah password access on the computer
*read stories with Natalie
*sang the abc's
*thanked God
*disciplined children
*encouraged children
*planned activities
*helped with homework
*ate some Doritos "All Nighter Cheeseburger" chips - and swear they do taste like a cheeseburger!
*confirmed appointments
*communicated with teachers
*missed out on the Sharing Shop
*thought about Christmas
*prayed for friends
*carried burdens
*loved
*sold fundraiser stuff
*played with sidewalk chalk
*listened to Evan's "re-telling" of how he won $8 at school
*explained that it was ok for him (Evan)to not know who Snoop Dog is
*searched for a missing box
*repeated myself over and over and over
*didn't fix my hair
*watched the rain
*wondered about our future
*treasured every moment... because I know God is with me each step of the way!
"Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the LORD will be greatly praised. Reward her for all she has done. Let her deeds publicly declare her praise." Proverbs 31:30-31
