Football season is coming...

In case you didn't already know this about us, we love football. Actually, we just love sports! And for the first time ever, both of our boys will be playing football this season. Or at least that is the plan! Noah has never expressed any desire to play on any team but several months ago, he began talking alot about football...maybe because its the only way he can get away with hitting people! He said he wanted to play, so we signed him up. Then he said he didn't want to play and we told him he could try it first and not to give up on something he'd never attempted. Then we find out that his coach needs extra help with the team, so guess what? Chuck to the rescue and Noah is thrilled to know that his Daddy will be there to help him and support him! The tricky part will be having 2 fella's playing at different places at different times. We will have to split-up to cover our territory! Practices begin Aug. 2, every night for 2 hours x 3 weeks. Then the games begin! Did I tell you the best part??? We'll be Bulldogs... yes, North Raleigh Bulldogs! Gotta love wearing our favorites, Red and Black. I took the boys to their equipment pickup last week, which was a true joy! It was only 100 degrees and we waited in line for over an hour (so we could get first pick) and get all the gear. Bonus... Natalie was with us! You can imagine how bored and hot the kids were, but it's all behind us know! Here are a few shots I took...
