Home from school

The boys ride the bus to and from school each day. Noah usually gets home around 2:45 each afternoon and Evan around 3:30. Noah was playing outside after he came home today and came running in the front door asking if Evan was home yet. I told him he'd be here any minute... then the bus pulled up. Noah and Natalie went running out the back door yelling for Evan with pure excitement! They were genuinely thrilled to have him home. I know the boys fuss and fight most of the time, but Noah looks up to his "big brother" in a way we can't describe. He longs for Evan to include him and play with him and Natalie is following in their footsteps. I pray that we can show our kids how much we love them and help them to understand how important family is. It's a constant struggle to see them argue and complain about what the other person is doing, but I was so encouraged to see their faces light up when Evan came home today!
