Chuck and I just celebrated our 12th anniversary with a special "getaway" weekend. Our friend, Kelly, was kind enough to stay at our house with the kids so that we could take some time away. We stayed the weekend in Hayesville, NC at a friend's mountain home. Because Hayesville is just a couple hours from Atlanta, GA (and the Patriots were playing in the GA Dome) we were able to drive down for the Class A State Championship Game that Saturday. What a great time with family and a BIG WIN for the Patriots. We were so thankful to have been a part of that experience!
